User Guidelines
The Ahmedabad University Institutional Repository (IR) is the University's official digital archive built on DSpace 9 for preserving, showcasing, and providing access to scholarly, research, teaching, and institutional outputs. The repository includes books, journal articles, conference papers, theses and dissertations, faculty publications, capstone projects, reports, question papers, images, videos, and other institutional resources. Users may search and browse repository records without signing in; however, access to full-text resources is subject to repository permissions.
Visit https://ir.ahduni.edu.in through any web browser. The home page provides quick access to the Search Box, Communities & Collections, Recent Submissions, Repository Statistics, and Login.
Browsing and searching are available without authentication. To access and download authorised full-text resources, click Log in, select Log in with Google, and sign in using your official Ahmedabad University Google account.
Search by title, author, keyword, or subject. Browse Communities and Collections to explore resources organised by academic units or content type. Use filters such as Author, Subject, and Date Issued to refine search results.
Each repository record provides bibliographic details, abstract, keywords, publication information, licence details, downloadable files (where available), and a permanent Handle (URI) for citation and long-term access.
Open the required record and select Download to access available files. Resources may be available in PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, image, audio, or video formats. Some records may provide metadata only due to copyright or access restrictions.
Use specific keywords for effective searching, apply filters to narrow results, use the permanent Handle (URI) when citing repository resources, and comply with copyright, licence conditions, and University policies while using repository content.
