Abstract
In summary, the examination of the problems encountered by workers at the CFS in Mundra Port indicates a variety of obstacles affecting their health and working conditions. The challenges labourers confront daily at work range from dangerous working conditions to a lack of facilities for menstruation hygiene, and from labour shortages during elections and harvest seasons to disputes with the corporation. The initiatives by the company will help overcome problem. The labourer’s rights, health, and safety must be given top priority by the CFS management to properly solve these problems. To create a more friendly and congenial work environment, it is imperative to implement appropriate safety measures, provide enough menstrual hygiene facilities, provide support during periods of labour shortage, and encourage open communication between workers and the organization. In the future, the company can implement strategic initiatives to address the issues faced by the labourers by constantly investing in labour well-being, training, and development, and technology integration supported with sustainable practices. The company can form strategic partnerships with shipping lines and logistics companies to expand its reach and attract a good amount of labour. As the company provides labours with all the facilities this will attract all the other labourers.
