Abstract
The study addresses the aspects of workforce dynamics and competitive strategies, considering the implications associated with human resource management. With organizations worldwide reconfiguring their operations to accommodate post-pandemic realities, remote and hybrid work models have enjoyed special attention. The research questions how Millennials and Generation Z differ in their approach to the contemporary work paradigm, as well as how current trends affect organizational culture, employee motivation, and competitiveness. The study uses qualitative data analysis. Data was gathered through a comprehensive survey, and responses were gathered from employees working in different sectors, demographics, ages, and various work modes. The results show the significant difference across generations in remote work culture, with the younger employees revealing a higher appetite for flexibility. Thus, the study further analyses and discusses the influence of the remote culture on talent management and organizational efficiency. In conclusion, key challenges, including technology adaptation, communication barriers, maintenance of work-life balance, etc., are addressed. The study's contribution is to investigate how human resource strategies can create the conditions mentioned above, which allow maximizing the benefits of remote work and minimizing its downsides, thus increasing the intensity of competitive forces acting on businesses in the changed corporate environment.
