Description
On the 2nd day of the International Workshop on Intangible Cultural Heritage and Sustainable Development, Marc Jacobs talks about ‘The Convention and Its Operational Directives’ in the first session. Jacobs teaches critical heritage studies at the University of Antwerp and was involved in the creation, application and follow-up of the UNESCO Convention for the Safeguarding of Intangible Heritage (2003).
The second session is conducted by Nguyen Thi Hien on ‘The Three Lists of the Convention and the Nomination Process’.
