Expansion of bbeal organic solutions into b2c market

Abstract

This capstone report explores the strategic expansion of BBEAL Organic Solutions, a leading producer of organic fertilisers and Bio-CNG, into the urban B2C market. Traditionally focused on large-scale agricultural and government contracts, BBEAL aims to penetrate urban gardening segments through its new product line, Organic Blossoms. The study identifies key challenges such as low consumer awareness, cost sensitivity, regulatory hurdles, and limited distribution networks. Using the Ansoff Matrix, the report frames this initiative as a Market Development Strategy, introducing existing products to a new urban demographic. A mixed-method research design—combining surveys and ethnographic interviews—was employed to assess consumer awareness, perception, and purchasing behaviour in Ahmedabad. Quantitative analysis via SPSS and financial modelling using Python provided insights into market feasibility and pricing strategies. The findings reveal a growing demand for sustainable gardening solutions among urban consumers, albeit tempered by price concerns and knowledge gaps. The report concludes with actionable recommendations for branding, education, and distribution to position BBEAL as a household name in eco-conscious urban gardening.
