Reshmiwale writes to NGC informing him about the happenings at the Durbar in Indore which he attended recently. He informs him about the Maharaja's improving health and also some rumours that were going on in terms of who was going to take over the office of the Chief Minister, but no official announcement was made by B A Bhagvat regarding the same during the Durbar. As an attachment to this letter the writer has sent NGC a handwritten write up regarding the proceedings of the Durbar which has "Confidential" written in red on top of it.
