dc.description.abstractThe letter talks about getting a carriage affixed to the train for NGC regarding which the author has spoken to a Mr. Smith and the stationmaster. He states that a permission/ sanction is required for the same, which will only come by about 1 pm that afternoon. He lets NGC know that he will inform him as soon as he gets notified regarding the same, and if not a request to reserve a compartment, if empty, for NGC has been made.
