Letter from Gopalkhanderao Kulkarni to Narayan Ganesh Chandavarkar

Abstract

G K Kulkarni writes to NGC regarding the vacant position in the Estate Department of Indore state for Rs. 20 per mensem, which was not awarded to him and instead those who applied after him were considered for the position. He recently learned that the vacant post was not filled up despite the negative reply that he received and puts forth the condition of his family and the fact that they do not have a piece of bread to consume and begs NGC for some consideration and help in the matter. The reverse of this letter has internal correspondence between the state departments of Indore regarding the vacant position and G K Kulkarni's application for the same.
