Abstract
Requests for an introduction to the Collector of Colaba in order to talk to him about Dr K Nowarnage's application asking for permission to build a latrine at Kihim with Septic Tank according to a plan submitted to him. D G Vaidya had been looking after their property at Kihim since it was purchased in 1915.
