Abstract

The Capstone Project titled “Enhancing operational efficiency for Glare Appliances Private Limited” delves into the realm of operational enhancement through the integration of automation in the manufacturing processes of Glare Appliances Private Limited. This project is a strategic attempt of the company to authorize automation to empower the operational framework and perform processing of production through multiple elements like an increase of automation, reduction in stock, and output of optimal level efficiency. In addition to this, we are keen on giving Glare an analysis-based plan of activity that will show whether they can stand the automation in their manufacturing through their operations. The project will span a thorough analysis from bottleneck operations, financial projections, and sensitivity analysis to providing the requested skills and techniques for the success of Glare in the volatile kitchenware niche. By addressing critical issues such as manual, labor-intensive processes and hazardous manufacturing tasks, the project aspires to propel Glare Appliances towards operational excellence, cost efficiency, and sustained growth. Through the collaborative efforts of the student team and the guidance of the faculty mentor, this Capstone Project embodies a transformative journey towards enhancing operational efficiency and driving innovation within Glare Appliances Private Limited.
