dc.description.abstractNarayan writes to NGC introducing himself by saying that he has served under NGC for the last 18 months. He states that he had very few chances to appear personally before NGC, but most of his work would reach NGC through the Foreign Secretary. He requests NGC for a testimonial on account of NGC's high-mindedness and generous disposition, which would be a great help to him.
