| dc.description.abstract | The research looks into Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), from its historical origins to its current relevance, with particular emphasis on its mandated application in India. Drawing on frameworks such as Stakeholder Theory, Legitimacy Theory, and Resource-Based View, the research investigates how CSR effects company dynamics, brand image, and financial performance, as well as finding gaps in current literature on HR practices and employee perception. The study seeks to give a comprehensive knowledge of employee involvement with social responsibility efforts and its effect on well-being and organizational commitment by collecting primary data through online questionnaires and HR manager interviews, supported by secondary data from company reports. | |
